Remi travels the world playing ice hockey competing against other top-tier athletes. As a goaltender, he is relied upon to make the big save in critical times. His own mental training gives him the edge.

Personally Speaking
I began climbing my mental mountain at age 7, writing down observations and using visualization techniques to enhance my performance in ice hockey. At age 14, I left the comfort of home and family to pursue my hockey passion. Little did I know that my world travels would lead to greater ambition, helping peers create powerful and positive outcomes for life goals they never envisioned.
The fulfillment I receive from helping build healthy minds is the catalyst that drives my success; it is a cycle of infectious energy which I bring to every room. My audiences are enthralled by an attitude that is born of non-conditioned acceptance and understanding.
From birth, my artistic family has encouraged me to carve paths to creative solutions and find uncommon concepts in roads less traveled. I have taken and applied knowledge gained from meetings with other visionaries such as from my mentor and friend TC Cummings, a world-renowned visionary coach, trainer, and former Navy SEAL. Additionally, I regularly speak with professional athletes and peer performance coaches who together share insight into the varied mental strategies that have been successfully applied at the highest levels.
Remi is a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach and is currently training for ICF (International Coaching Federation) Life Coach and ELITE HRV (Heart Rate Variability) certificates.
